OUR CURRING SYSTEM
Curing system is extremely aspect of any concrete producer production line, without proper curing you end up with high cement cost to achieve same strength, you also end up with inferior durability on your product as you don’t get complete hydration of the cement.
Our factory having eight curing chamber which can store 35,000 hollow block at a time the chamber equipped by 4 steam generator which have rated steam capacity having 2 tone per hour, 1 MPa (Megapascal) rated working pressure & rated heat capacity 1,440 KW. In addition to the component, it is found inside the chamber the main equipment is outside the chamber.
Each steam generator can generate 32–38-degree Celsius temperature and 90-98% relative humidity which is good climate for any cement product.
The intelligent process controlling system will supply moderate stem circulation from top to bottom & front to back supplies consistence climate inside the chamber, no need supervision it runs automatically only need monitoring once while.
